How do you grow a business as a creative?
Especially when you don’t fit the suit-and-tie, corporate aesthetic?

Those questions followed me everywhere.

For a long time, I did what most creatives do. I worked jobs that drained me while trying to build something on the side. I started businesses without a roadmap, and learned through failure.

But no matter what I was building, a recording studio, a music venue, creative services, people kept asking me for help. How do I grow? How do I get noticed? How do I make this work? Even when coaching wasn’t my title, it was always the role I stepped into.

That’s why I do this now. I help talented, creative people who don’t fully believe in themselves yet build bold, sustainable businesses without pretending to be someone they’re not. I'm helping me from 10 years ago.
